Every store has its own bilum.link address, and payment methods, pickup or delivery and fees are shown before anyone orders. Buyer tips: look for the blue tick, check that the payment name and number match the business page, choose pickup or pay on delivery for a first order, and be careful with prices that seem too good to be true.

- How much does it cost? You can start for free, and there is a Pro plan with more features. See the pricing section for the plans. We will confirm final prices before launch.
- How do customers pay me? You choose how you get paid and add your details once: mobile money or SMS transfer, bank transfer, a card payment link or a mobile wallet. Customers see them at checkout and in their order message. Where the money goes depends on the method you choose. Start with one method; Pro sellers can accept several once verified.
- Do I need tech skills? No. You set up your page from your phone: pick a page type, add your business details and products, then share your link. If you can post on Facebook or send a WhatsApp message, you can do this.
